My summer scent Calyx 2014

Hi everyone,

So here I am again... doing one of the things I love the most writing to you :)

Today I want to tell you about my experience with a new fragrance. Though I have my classical scents (Pleasures & Coco Mademoiselle) I am a kind of person who likes change specially for my perfumes. So I pick a new scent every season and I wear it.

This summer, I bumped into Calyx by Clinique. I got a sample of it and thought to give it a try! Many of you might know the old version of it and might say it was much better. I on the other hand didn't know the old one so I am a virgin tester here :)

So I put it on and it started attracting me. I loved how fresh, clean and crispy it is. At the same time it had its own kind of warmth and character.

Next morning when I woke up .. first thing I smelled was that fainting reminders of something sweet and tender to my nose :) I tried to think what this could be.... till I realised it was the perfume I tried the day before! Since then I was officially in Love :) And of course the decision was made Calyx is my scent for this summer.

I must say the perfume isn't so long lasting yet who would want a heavy perfume for the hot summer days?!! what I personally need in summer time is to smell fresh and unique! That is exactly how I feel wearing Calyx!

For those of you who are like me .. I highly recommend you to try it! Put it on your skin give it a shot for few days and see! If it works its magic on your skin like it did on mine then I am sure it will be your mate too this summer!

Shopping tour in Zuriii - Part 1

Hi beautiful peeps :)

Once again I am here on the blog after many many months! Sorry for that but it has been pretty busy lately! Last year was a milestone for me with my personal styling business which I introduced in Cairo, Egypt. Many beautiful people I met, many experiences and lots of success for which I am blessed!

So Now back again to blogging and to bringing you some insights from my shopping tour in Zurich, Switzerland.

After being away for some months now, many things have changed in the famous "Bahnhof strasse" the most famous shopping street in Zurich. Several clothing shops have closed and many more Jewellery/watches shops have substituted them. Yet one big department store "Jelmoli" have made a nice face up-lift and introduced many new brands which are quite cool and trendy!

I must say I had a blast cause there were sales everywhere and I could really get many nice pieces for very good prices (once up to 80%!!!!!!) ;)

So here you go that is a sneak peek to one of the combis I got this week :) As Black and white are still in fashion this summer and so are fringes that was my pick ;)

For my summer outfits, I always prefer soft, light, flowing materials. I like to feel comfortable yet stylish and trendy. So I chose this dress which is very summery, comfi and feminine. The flat sandals are necessity for comfort too. I liked those cause of the fringes and the metallic green leather at the back. As for the bag, I chose an emerald green easy shopping bag with silver handles. This outfit (how it is combined now) is surely for a casual day.
